Hey, there! So you’re interested in commissioning me. Great!
Before we go through any of the details, what’s important is you
understand what you’re capable of getting from me as someone providing
a service. Every artist is different, and as such, these are my terms!As a commissioner, you are required to read and comprehend that which is laid out on this page, otherwise I will not take your commission. the basics

All commissions are for personal and noncommercial use unless otherwise discussed by both parties, in which an agreement can most certainly be reached! Please keep this in mind when commissioning me, as I reserve the right to my work (as in, post to my personal galleries, to use in portfolios, and so on) - if you wish to use your piece for something commercial, or to have it kept to yourself, by all means, bring it up to me and we can work something out for a price.Personal use encompasses: posting of art in character galleries, cropping for icons and/or graphics.
If you have any other personal uses you’d like to discuss, please do so.You are not allowed to edit my artwork in any way other than cropping or graphics without discussing it with me beforehand - including editing colors, lineart, or tracing over it. Always, ALWAYS ask permission.I also reserve the right to work on commissions in any order I deem fit,
and I reserve the right to decline a commission as I deem fit, or to cancel and refund. These terms of service are subject to change at any time.

work specifics

Upon receiving payment for a commission, I generally take no longer than sixty days to complete a piece, emergencies permitting. If there is a problem withholding me from my work, I will post an update on my social media (likely twitter,) or send an email directly to commissioners to let them know of potential pauses in my work.Aside from that I generally keep to myself. I do not often share sketches of commissions -- however if desired, I am more than willing to give you updates and progress reports as needed. But you must ask, as I more often than not do not do this on my own. The only exception to this is full bodies - these are the only commission types I offer sketches for, but I also do not take them often.Failure to deliver on my part within a certain amount of time (not exceeding eighty days) will result in a refund as soon as I am able. Please be clear, as well, as to whether or not you would like a concise due date on when you want the work completed. Rush fees may be applied.
